ABOUT ARIELLE KLEIN
Former jeweler turned teacher. I know definitely not what you’d expect. For years the idea of teaching has been at the back of my mind. With the pandemic as my impetus, I decided to pull the trigger and make that change finally. I returned to college to obtain my master\'s in special education and general education with the goal of becoming a reading specialist. I believe in every child’s ability to learn and grow in unique and differentiated ways. All children need a teacher who can meet them where they are and help them grow to the best of their capabilities. My goal is to be that teacher. Reading is my passion and I believe there is no more excellent gift you can give a child than reading well and fluently. I currently teach in a special education preschool in an integrated class of learners that includes students of all abilities. We work on behaviors, social-emotional growth, play-based learning, early literacy, and early math skills. My goal is to work with each child and accommodate their unique strengths and abilities to achieve success in the classroom and at home.
