   How does a jet engine work? Suck, squeeze, bang, blow. 🤭.I can\'t take credit for that one, that was a pressure test during the interview. But it\'s a great example of how my team and I take the highly complex work our team at GE Aerospace does and use our powers of creative and strategic communication to put it in terms anybody can understand. Our leaders do this really well already - so we also manage executive thought leadership strategy and execution. Key accomplishments: Integrating Lean standard work into our communications operations, developing a modernized approach to divisional communication that\'s entwined with enterprise and external strategy and meets the very varied needs of our global employee population, and driving thought leadership and collaboration among our communications team through special projects and meta-work.
