In collaboration with our consortium of colleges, lead curricular and co-curricular initiatives empowering students to be life-long civic leaders- Manage all aspects of organizational operations (administrative, financial, programmatic.)- Draft high-level reports to the board of directors, presidents, donors, and other stakeholders- Secured major grants from the Mellon Foundation in 2022 for a three-year initiative \"Curricula for Social The Arthur Vining Davis Foundations in 2020 for a Periclean Faculty Leadership (PFL) Program in STEM and Social from The Students Learn Students Vote Coalition to build and share the Periclean Voting Modules, an online curricular resource for faculty to incorporate voter education and Periclean Voter Engagement Faculty Fellows from The Teagle Foundation for a summer virtual faculty learning series on the intersection of humanities, transformative texts, and civic from Net Impact/Up to Us for a Voting Modules Mini-Grant program for faculty- Facilitate signature Periclean programs including: The Debating for Democracy (D4D) Program that trains students to move their issues and policies forward and The Periclean Faculty Leadership (PFL) Program supporting faculty to develop new courses with a community-initiated project- Lead annual audit and tax preparation- Redesigned website and manage other communications.
