I am the Co-Founder and CEO of Box Mill Capital, a family office acquiring and operating enduring small businesses and real estate. I bring a unique blend of healthcare/clinical training, product strategy, operational leadership, and entrepreneurial experience to long-term business ownership.Before launching Box Mill Capital, I built my career at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business innovation. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I spent 10+ years in direct patient care before helping bring new healthcare technologies to market. I played early leadership roles at two digital health startups—both of which were successfully acquired—where I led product development, clinical operations, customer adoption, and commercialization. I then expanded into product strategy within the enterprise software space, working closely with executive teams to shape product roadmaps, prioritize investments, and launch new offerings in healthcare-adjacent markets.Across all of these experiences, my approach has been consistent: operate with empathy, think long-term, make decisions anchored in the needs of real people, and build things that last. That mindset translates directly into how we run Box Mill Capital. Today, I leverage this multidisciplinary background to acquire and steward essential, niche, eternally profitable small businesses with care and intention. I draw on firsthand operating experience, cross-functional leadership, and deep customer insight to ensure the businesses we acquire are positioned to grow responsibly while honoring their legacy, people, and customer relationships.We are not private equity—we invest our own capital, partner closely with existing teams, and measure success in decades, not quarters. We believe in building durable value, serving customers exceptionally well, and becoming the next generation of stewards for great businesses and community-rooted real estate.
