Since 2013, our team has developed 254+ units representing over $100 million in total development costs. Current projects include Promise Place and The Mabion in Kansas City. I started this work alongside my father, Dr. Troy Nash, when I was just 15 years old. He grew up in Section 8 housing. I grew up watching him turn that experience into a mission. Now we build together—two generations, one purpose.I earned my degree from Washington University in St. Louis, studying sociology, anthropology, business, political science, and economics to understand housing from every angle.
