In 2020, she successfully merged a well-known and respected local appraisal shop into the BBG Phoenix system.Her favorite part of client management is the relationships that are made through continuous communication and transparency of the appraisal process. The ability to provide clients with quality work and credible valuations from her team of 10 certified general appraisers and one research analyst motivates her daily. Prior to joining BBG, Inc. in 2014, Arielle was a Valuations Associate with CBRE Phoenix. With 12 years of valuation experience, she welcomes appraisal properties that challenge her and allow opportunities to learn and build long-lasting relationships with her clients.
