The property was sold to a local legacy buyer in December 2020 for $29M ($290K / unit), full asking price, one of the highest prices per unit in Pierce County. • During the COVID-19 pandemic, sold a retail strip center in Tacoma\'s proctor district at a record price. Introduced the property at a 5% cap rate with redevelopment potential and closed the sale with a local buyer at the highest price per SF in the area.
