I have nearly a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, designing and implementing impactful programs that empower communities and drive systemic change. As a director overseeing youth programs, violence prevention initiatives, and strategic training efforts, I have led multifaceted projects that advance gender equity, leadership development, and social justice.From launching large-scale curricula and facilitating leadership workshops to managing national campaigns and securing over a million dollars in grant funding, I bring a results-driven approach to every initiative. My work focuses on equipping individuals, organizations, and companies with the tools to challenge inequities and foster meaningful progress.

1. Youth Programs Consultant

   The Representation Project

   Jan 2025 — Present

   As a Youth Programs Consultant for The Representation Project, Ariella leads youth-centered initiatives that promote gender equity. She currently spearheads the Be A Rep Summer Immersion Program, designing and facilitating weekly sessions focused on TRP’s films, gender justice, and social impact campaign development.From January to June, she facilitated the 2024–2025 Youth Advisory Council cohort, developing content, leading meetings, guiding projects, and mentoring youth leaders. Ariella also supported outreach and partnership efforts for the Gender Equity Training (GET) curriculum.
