Supervise a team of seven paid part-time clinicians, six full-time junior clinicians, and four masters-level graduate interns. Revise program guidelines and procedures to ensure adherence to OASAS certification criteria. Manage, mediate, and address common patient crises. Develop and deliver training on cutting-edge, intersectional topics pertaining to substance use for staff members. Analyze patient outcome data and adapt programming to increase engagement and retention.
