Hi, I’m Ariel Hernandez — a bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Management Professional (PMP)® with a passion for creating meaningful, high-impact experiences that connect people, uplift communities, and deliver outcomes. With a background spanning The Walt Disney Company, DISH Network, and ESPN, I bring over a decade of experience leading complex programs, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and producing events that scale — from intimate networking sessions to initiatives reaching attendees.In my current role at Disney, I’ve championed and managed strategic initiatives that support emerging talent across multiple dimensions of diversity, streamlined event operations, and elevated cultural engagement across the enterprise.I have a passion for Project Management, with deep knowledge of virtual event platforms and project management tools and methodologies — enabling me to oversee programs with precision, creativity, and empathy.I am Texas born and raised, with a B.S. in Corporate Communication from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts in Live Arts Presenting and Entertainment Management from The University of Miami. Whether I’m designing outreach events, managing culturally resonant programs, or building bridges between talent and opportunity, I approach every project with curiosity, strategy, and heart.
