Ariel Dale is presently serving as associate Dean of Students and has eight years of experience in youth media, in addition to, a comprehensive academic background. Ms. Dale has an unquestionable track record of achievement and the capacity to form and develop an art program that inspires and motivates students pursuing media arts. With six cumulative years of practical experience in the classroom, Ms. Dale possesses a profound comprehension of the strategies necessary to, not only engage, but also maintain students\' interest. Ms. Dale is well-versed in the latest media technologies, and applications utilized in the classroom. Past roles include positions with several youth-oriented production, media, and radio organizations. She has the ability to oversee and translate her students visions enabling the creative team to meet deadlines and complete projects with outstanding results. Ms. Dale is capable of conducting meetings, demonstrating strategies and solutions. Her skillset includes supervising budgets, deliverables, timelines, and profitability, creative problem solving, advertising, and strategic campaign development.

   I\'ve developed a tremendous fondness and enthusiasm for working with Oakland\'s youths. I truly appreciated the daily responsibility of developing and presenting the Art and Design Curriculum, which included teaching Adobe Suites and key aspects of web design. I work as both a photographer and an editor for the campus yearbook. While overseeing and creating media content for young people, I have a tremendous desire to both educate and acquire knowledge. I\'ve provided cameras to numerous students in order to improve their educational experience and let them capture and convey their personal tales. I enjoy participating in community activities and telling authentic stories.
