Facilitates blood segment testing and shipments for multiple transplant centers worldwide. Executes basic lab procedures ranging from record retrieval to cryopod temping to sample verification. Manages and reviews files for various clients. Advance life-saving stem cell opportunities via thorough documentation review, meticulous questioning, critical thinking, and teamwork!
