ABOUT ARIEL ARGUESO
Ariel is a New York State Licensed and Board-Certified Creative Arts Therapist, an Art Therapy Credentialed Supervisor (ATCS), and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She currently serves as both a Community School Director and Art Therapy Director in Brooklyn.Ariel’s work is rooted in making mental health care more affordable and accessible, with a holistic approach that integrates mind-body healing, health and wellness, and strengths-based practices. Her clinical expertise includes cognitive behavioral therapy, couples and family therapy, and culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.In addition to her leadership roles, Ariel maintains a private telehealth practice where she provides therapy and health coaching.
