About Ariel Warmflash
I\'m an artist, facilitator, and creative consultant with more than 15 years of experience helping communities, organizations, and individuals do their best work together. My practice lives at the intersection of creative facilitation, theatrical collaboration, and the practical infrastructure that lets bold ideas actually move.I\'ve built and led programs across the U.S. and around the world — from community theater projects at the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis to devised performance with orphaned youth in rural Rwanda to interfaith storytelling initiatives with the U.S. Department of State. The through line has always been the same: create the conditions for meaningful collaboration, and then build the scaffolding to support it.I founded Warmflash Creative Consulting to bring that same approach to the people and projects I care most about — rooted in shared values, driven by genuine partnership, and committed to work that actually means something.
