Ariel is a dynamic, inspiring, results-driven leader, creative and global tastemaker. Ariel has 15+ years of experience in developing brands at a global scale and bringing them to life in a locally relevant way through multi-channel content, experiential activations and zeitgeist-y partnerships. As the founder and CEO of her business Pineapple Collaborative (which she successfully exited in 2023), she understands managing a team to strike the right balance between limitless creativity and strategic data to inform all decisions, and has been nationally recognized for her pulse on hospitality, culture, trends and global consumer behavior.After selling her business, she traveled the world and pursued what she calls her \"graduate school of life\" where she created a curriculum for herself, including studying various spiritual traditions, body temple arts, cooking, painting and more. Given her wealth of experience in the realms of mind, body, spirit and business, she offers guidance to 1:1 clients, supporting creatives and entrepreneurs in everything from honing their brand to selling their company to cultivating a relationship with divine spirit. She also offers consulting to businesses focusing on brand, creative direction and partnerships.Ariel founded Pineapple Collaborative in 2015 and led the company\'s creative vision, business strategy and growing community for 8 years. She was born a brand and community builder: she cultivated an international online/offline community of people who love food by hosting hundreds of events, creating a CPG product line sold in hundreds of retail outlets and online and spearheading multi-channel partnerships and campaigns with companies like Chase Sapphire, Squarespace, sweetgreen and more. She is experienced with fundraising outside capital from investors, as well as managing a growing team. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Bon Appetit, NPR and more. She is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Create & Cultivate 100 inductee, Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture Exchange Fellow and speaks about entrepreneurship, creativity and community building at companies and organizations, such as Pinterest, Facebook, James Beard Foundation and The Wing.
