I am a licensed Professional Engineer with over a decade of experience leading civil engineering and land development projects across the Greater Houston area. Currently serving as Principal & Project Manager at Elite Construction and Engineering Services, I specialize in guiding projects from concept through construction—overseeing construction, budgets, schedules, and client relationships to deliver high-quality results.My career has given me the opportunity to manage large-scale residential, municipal, and infrastructure developments while collaborating with clients, public agencies, and community organizations. I’m passionate about building strong partnerships and helping shape sustainable, growing communities through thoughtful engineering and leadership.In addition to my project work, I actively contribute to the professional community as a member for Houston Hispanics Architects & Engineers and Board Member of Cypress Forest Public Utility District, while also engaging in leadership programs such as the Association of Water Board Directors Emerging Leaders Class II and the Port of Houston Opportunity Program.Recognized as the 2019 Young Engineer of the Year (HHAE), I remain committed to mentoring younger engineers, fostering inclusive development, and advancing the profession with integrity, innovation, and purpose.
