The CSIS Global Crisis Manager is responsible for Citi’s crisis management activities at a global level. This position is responsible for developing and enhancing Citi’s strategy, planning and response to crisis events. In addition, the Global Crisis Manager is responsible for ensuring that effective plans are updated to reflect the current threat landscape in which Citi operates. The Global Crisis Manager provides escalation and coordination of Citi resources to help resolve emergencies.
