ABOUT ARIEL DEJONG

Ariel is a partner in the Litigation Group and Insurance Group of McCarthy Tetrualt in Vancouver.His practice focuses on insurance coverage issues, construction litigation, corporate and commercial disputes and education law. He has argued cases at all levels of the courts of British Columbia and has been involved in numerous mediations and arbitrations. Private sector clients include those in the manufacturing, real estate development, energy, fish farming, education, processing, professional engineering services and technology industries. He is currently involved in a wide range of insurance coverage files and construction and professional liability litigation.
