   Key role in the planning and design of the Infrastructure architecture configuration and determining the migration strategy for a large outsourcing project for a major content provider. Led the planning and then managed the execution of a successful proof of concept project to demonstrate our capabilities to transition the outsourcing services. Helped reduce the hardware and software costs for the outsourcing project by close to $3M. Worked and negotiated with numerous vendors in areas of Hardware, software and training.
