The Insurance Advisor provides expert guidance and client service for RBC’s Home & Auto insurance products through the Advice Centre. Acting as Fractional Chief Revenue Offices for portfolio and client companies. Advisory work with focus on Fintech, Proptech, Web3.0, Real Estate and Life Sciences. The project which was completed in late 2009 is a Ground Up construction of a 7 Story, SF, 53-Apartment, mixed use Retail/Residential development which houses Bank of America and Duane Reade and units are currently being sold on the market.Arie practiced residential brokerage for 3 years where he understood the market demands and capacity in Manhattan for buyers, sellers, landlords and renters. This experience has definitely aided in marketing and managing property in his career. From 20••••08, Arie was responsible for managing a portfolio of properties including multifamily apartment buildings in Manhattan, Brownfield/Environmentally sensitive developments, light industrial/commercial buildings and a LEED certified hotel in Manhattan’s Chelsea district.
