Arieana currently serves as an Employee Experience (EX) Advisor at Red Pepper Software, partnering with executive leaders to design EX strategies that drive engagement, performance, and retention. As an official Qualtrics partner, she transforms employee insights into measurable business results.Previously, she was a Senior Leadership Consultant at SIGMA Assessment Systems, advising executives on talent development, succession planning, and leadership development. She earlier served as a Culture Advisor at LRN, leading culture assessments to strengthen ethical, values-based decision-making, and as a Leadership Consultant at FMI Corporation, facilitating executive retreats and succession strategy.Beyond consulting, Arieana brings a strong academic and coaching background. She has published peer-reviewed research on workplace wellbeing and leadership, presented at national conferences, and served as a university instructor.
