How important is it to make our relationships stronger and more personal? Especially in the current COVID-19 distance mandated environment we live in. Maya’s quote is really the reason why I got into recruiting in the first place. I am obsessed with making meaningful connections with professionals from all industries, all profession levels, and all passions. I take in their individual story, hear what they want to accomplish and work with them to get there. The greatest reward for me is seeing someone flourish in a role that I helped them find. Although I have been successful as a volume recruiter, I would say my greatest strength lies in my ability to make incredible connections and help fill companies with employees that fit the culture of the company I’m working with. When I’m not making connections with people in the professional world, I am making every second count with my family. Being a father of a 4 year old son has been the greatest adventure I have ever been on. It has been a constant reminder to never take yourself too seriously because life should be fun!
