Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned Loan Operations Department as well as the duties of Loan Operations personnel to ensure proper workflow, training, teamwork, and motivation. Coordinates activities and working assignments of Loan Operations personnel; Assist Lenders, Assistants, and other bank personnel with loan system and documentation issues; enforces compliance with bank regulations, policies and procedures, and security standards; and acts as a liaison between various departments with respect to operations procedures.
