Mr. Garmestani has continuously provided his Program Management (PM) expertise to Team SPAWAR for the last 8 years supporting PEO EIS, PMW 205, Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) which includes BLII/ONE-NET, NMCI/CoSC and NGEN by providing strategic planning, program management and technical support towards ongoing BLII efforts and provides documentation, briefs, and Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA & Ms) in support of Program requirements. Mr. Garmestani supports the client by attending working group meetings, Integrated Product Teams (IPT) sessions, in-process and reviews. Mr. Garmestani analyzes the information and provides the strategic and programmatic impacts. Mr. Garmestani develops project plans (POA & Ms) and provides guidance documents, including strategic plans and roadmaps that address organizational approaches, and retention of maximum mission capabilities with reduced resources. Mr. Garmestani provides Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) coordination and milestone tracking, status reporting and data analysis in support of project deliverables and other programmatic initiatives.Specialties: Project management, IMS scheduling and coordination, Consumer behavior analysis (marketing), revenue and feasibility analysis (finance), post-merger integration and process re-engineering (management).
