Wanting to change the status quo is easy; knowing where to start is a whole other beast. Luckily, with a well-defined plan, a great team and, of course, some creative thinking, bringing about innovative change is not as daunting as it may seem. As a Shareholder and Consultant at Boomer Consulting, I guide CPA firms through process improvement initiatives to increase profitability and client satisfaction. I work with their team to determine their goals, strengths and areas of improvement to implement a plan that’s unique to their business. Part of this plan is to assist their executives, managers and other rising stars in developing their leadership skills.
