I design training solutions that blend instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy) with e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Canva, and Genially.I hold a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Educational Studies, Early Childhood Language & Literacy, Social Science) and am pursuing an M.S. in Instructional Technology & Design with a minor in Workplace Learning & Development. My academic and professional journey has strengthened my focus on the intersection of learning, technology, and performance improvement.My background includes teaching, student support, and administrative coordination, skills I now apply to corporate L&D projects.
