As the Operations Manager at Gold\'s Gym of Pocatello I have a variety of tasks and accounts I work with on a daily basis. My main focus is Employee retention and building relationships with my staff. We are here to serve the members and make sure they have a great experience while they attend our club and I believe in order to achieve that our front line (Front Desk) needs to have excellent customer service and know how to treat members and assist them in the daily operation. I will say in all the years I have been with Gold\'s Gym there is never a dull moment and I love it! I love new challenges, I love change, and I love to meet new people, whether they be a new hire joining our team or a new member coming in to change their life!
