I am a dedicated advocate and community connector with a passion for expanding access to life-saving resources and mental health care. Before joining Charlie Health, I worked in the Domestic Violence (DV) field, supporting survivors through direct service, education, and system-level collaboration. My experience spans DV shelters, resource centers, and community outreach, where I provided individual and group support, led violence prevention workshops in middle and high schools, and spearheaded a DV consultation program for Jefferson County Children, Youth & Families (CYF) caseworkers.Now, at Charlie Health, I leverage my expertise to break down barriers to mental health treatment. I thrive on building relationships and ensuring that individuals in need—no matter their circumstances—can access high-quality, evidence-based care.
