My approach to work has always been shaped by responsibility. As the oldest daughter of immigrant parents, I learned early that structure, consistency, and follow-through were how things stayed stable and moved forward. That perspective still guides how I show up today. When people count on me, I take that seriously, and I focus on making sure the systems around them actually work.I’ve built my career in operations and operational risk, with hands-on experience in first line risk and controls, control testing, audit readiness, and process standardization. I don’t see compliance as red tape or processes as busywork. I see them as safeguards that create clarity, reduce uncertainty, and allow teams to operate with confidence.In my current role, I support control testing and audit preparation across multiple branches, partner with leadership on issue remediation, and help standardize workflows that improve consistency and reduce operational risk. I’m often brought in when something doesn’t feel quite right, before it becomes a finding, and I focus on strengthening controls so issues don’t repeat.As companies scale, I’m especially interested in how risk programs grow without slowing the business. That includes vendor risk, client due diligence expectations, audit efficiency, and building practical controls that hold up under scrutiny while still supporting growth.I’m focused on continuing to grow into operational risk, risk and controls, or governance-focused roles in regulated or high-growth environments where strong systems, clear accountability, and thoughtful execution make a real difference.
