Lead the Global Center of Excellence for Planning for Henkel Consumer Brands, and shape the future of our Supply Chain Planning processes, system landscape, organizational setup and ways of working.\\\\n\\\\n• Initiate and lead transformational projects related to Supply Chain Planning in the area of Demand, Supply, S & OP and IBP, and operationalize process harmonization and system changes globally.\\\\n• Drive the BU efforts in the area of Next Generation Planning and Integrated Business Planning as a cornerstone of our Supply Chain Digital Transformation.\\\\n• Closely connect with operational teams in regions/countries as well as other key stakeholders to understand requirements and translate those into system design considerations for future development (in collaboration with our Corporate and BU Digital Transformation Units).\\\\n• Develop targets and steer KPIs’ development with the regional and local operational teams to drive continuous improvement.\\\\n• Identify organizational needs in terms of learning and development, adaptations to organizational design and actively drive change to future-proof our planning capabilities, within Supply Chain, and at the intersection of other functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance).\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
