Arian has been helping people build better software, hardware and services for over twenty years. He has consulted or worked full-time for technology, travel, retail, insurance, wireless medical and companies (many of which were Fortune 100 companies) giving him a wide variety of experience and knowledge. Arian was introduced to agile methods in through Extreme Programming and has embraced lean and agile practices since that time. He implemented his first SAFe Lean-Agile transformation in 2012.
