Lead Social Impact Ratings (SIR) Evaluations: Assess mission alignment of potential and committed loans, analyzing their impact and contribution to community development. Present findings to the lending team. Impact Research & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth research on loans across all asset classes using Impact Frontier’s 5 Dimensions of Impact (Who, What, How Much, Contribution, Risk) to measure their effectiveness in addressing social and economic disparities.Data Collection & Management: Oversee the Social Impact Baseline Survey 2.0 effort (via Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Maintain critical, clean data records. Performance Measurement & Reporting: Calculate and analyze trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and design compelling infographics and visuals for quarterly and annual impact reports. Cross-Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead BlueHub’s Social Impact Data Team and actively contribute to the AI and CRM ecosystem to enhance data systems, streamline reporting, and ensure cohesive impact tracking.
