About Ariana Katz

While I think of myself as a generalist, with the ability to use my skills across many topics and fields, I specialize in qualitative research methods, analysis, and programmatic development and evaluation. I bring an intersectional and person centered, sex-positive, and pleasure-based approach to sexual and reproductive health, HIV prevention, and LGBTQ+ health in global and domestic settings. I am also a skilled workshop facilitator, communicator, and educator. Most importantly, I am a people person and connector who thrives off of working with diverse teams. I serve as chair of the LGBTQIA+ working group of RTI International\'s Global Gender Center and steering committee member and former co-chair of the Education & Awareness committee for RTI\'s PRIDE: LGBTQIA+ Employee Bridging Group.
