About Ariana Caiati
I am an impact-driven scientist with experience building programs, evaluating early-stage technology, and moving capital toward high-impact ideas. I\'ve spent the last several years at the intersection of biotechnology and climate, where I helped build and run a grantmaking program, developed diligence infrastructure, and helped direct $2.85M in philanthropic capital to early-stage research.I\'m drawn to the hardest part of the technology problem: the gap between discovery and deployment. I like work that turns messy technical uncertainty into clear decisions, strong execution, and momentum that helps science move closer to real world impact. I\'m especially motivated by working with mission driven companies and under-resourced areas of science. Outside of work: you\'ll find me exploring the mountains of Washington, climbing up rocks, or picking up a new hobby. Always open to connecting with like-minded professionals, feel free to drop me a note.
