As a Doctoral Fellow (2024 Cohort), I am privileged to receive support from the university\'s \"Special Research Fund\"(BOF). This prestigious scholarship enables promising PhD students from developing countries to pursue their research through a unique \"sandwich\" program. Half of my research is conducted at Ghent University (\'North\'), while the other half takes place at the University of Cuenca in Ecuador (\'South\'). This opportunity fosters international collaboration and enriches academic pursuits with diverse perspectives.Economist specialized in the management of international cooperation projects, with a focus on both research and applied aspects in environmental, social, and economic issues. I have worked across various disciplines, including criminological sciences and social sciences. I possess a strong proficiency in both fundamental and applied research, and I have eagerly applied these skills to gain international experience in academia, the public sector, and international organizations.
