ABOUT ARIANA ABRAMSON
I study organizations as living intelligence systems—and how AI can function as an interface to that intelligence rather than a tool to be \"adopted.\"I\'m the creator of Organizational Ambient Intelligence Infrastructure (OAI³), a framework that reframes why most AI initiatives fail: not because the technology is weak, but because organizations lack the infrastructure to access, coordinate, and apply their own intelligence coherently. My work focuses on intelligence flow, decision architecture, and organizational coherence—especially in environments where leaders understand their business deeply but don\'t have large technical teams.I\'m the founder of CosentriQ, where we apply OAI³ in practice—working with organizations to surface and design intelligence infrastructure.Previously, I founded DivySci, scaling it to $1M+ ARR with backing from Google, AWS, and the National Science Foundation. That experience shaped my conviction that sustainable AI adoption is an organizational problem before it\'s a technical one.I write and speak about how organizations think, decide, and adapt—and what it takes to build intelligence infrastructure that actually works.
