As Director of Product Marketing, I lead the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Agentforce IT Service and Agentforce HR Service, part of our Employee Service & Agentforce Service offerings. Agentforce represents a fundamental shift from reactive, ticket-based support to proactive, autonomous AI agents that resolve routine employee requests instantly within Slack and Microsoft Teams. Agentic AI unifies HR and IT workflows to eliminate service silos and drive unprecedented operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities & Impact:End-to-End Launches: Spearhead high-impact product launches and seasonal releases, transforming technical roadmaps into major market moments that drive pipeline and product adoption.PR & Analyst Relations (AR): Partner with PR and AR teams to shape industry narratives, lead briefings with analysts (e.g, Gartner, Forrester), and serve as a subject matter expert for press releases and media inquiries.Events & Thought Leadership: Drive content strategy and keynote development for major global events, including Dreamforce and World Tours, showcasing the future of the autonomous enterprise through live demos and customer success stories.Campaigns & Social: Collaborate with demand generation and brand teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and digital content that engage target personas throughout the buyer journey.Sales & Partner Enablement: Build comprehensive sales playbooks and enablement programs to equip global sales and partner ecosystems with the assets needed to confidently position and sell Agentforce IT and HR solutions.
