ABOUT ARIANA SADOUGHI

Ariana is currently located in New York City where she works at Morgan Stanley as a Vice President within Fixed Income Sales & Trading.She previously worked within PwC\'s Financial Services Service Transformation team as a Management Consultant. She has served a variety of clients across the consumer lending industry and brings subject matter expertise in credit decisioning, debt collections, and mortgage servicing and transfers. Her focus on customer experience and digital transformation has allowed her to support clients with the development of new strategic initiatives, identification of process and procedural enhancements, and implementation of related program management activities.She is a graduate of the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University where she studied Global Business and Spanish. Ariana\'s global perspective and involvement in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts both in the office and in her local communities allow her to work with diverse teams, encourage out-of-the-box problem-solving, and also foster a mindset of continuous growth for herself and others around her. Her purpose-driven attitude and desire to drive both global and institutional change have paved the way for her to participate in selective leadership programs, drive pro-bono efforts, coordinate volunteer opportunities for colleagues, and ultimately receive the quarterly \"Purpose Award\" within her team at PwC.Outside of work, Ariana is the Co-Chair of the Associate Board of Read Alliance, a local non-profit in NYC focused on tackling both teenage underemployment and early elementary literacy. She is also a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
