   Accountable and act as facilitator for the Application Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (AFMEA), Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), to analyze and mitigate risks. Coordinate Risk mitigation sessions to follow up and close high risks identified. • Ensure all customer requirements are taken into account from OPEN to CLOSE in Project Process. • Provide all Quality deliverables (documentation) in time to support project development and for future project references. • Facilitator for the Offer Safety Review process. • Work closely with Project Manager and other cross functional team members, such as Purchasing, Industrialization and Design Engineering in completing required deliverables to ensure, quality, reliability, and safety. • Define and document quality plans to accomplish quality goals for all new offer development programs. • Work with Validation Engineering and Design Team during planning and review of test results. Review and approve all new product related documents like manuals, labels instruction bulletins, etc. • Work with complaint management and ensure that lessons learnt from field experience are incorporated in the new designs and drive the continual improvement of offer quality. • Work closely with Offer Quality Leader (OQL) in NAM.
