About Ariana Parrish
Architect and cultural strategist committed to using design and art as tools for equity, connection, and community transformation. My work centers on wellness, belonging, and the civic role of design—creating spaces that reflect the people they serve and strengthen the fabric of everyday life.As Founder and Executive Director of Nosreme Baltimore, I extend this mission beyond architecture—using public art, creative placemaking, and international collaboration to open pathways for Baltimore’s artists. Through Nosreme, underused spaces become platforms for storytelling, workforce opportunity, and cultural exchange, linking local creativity to a broader global conversation.Mentorship is also a key part of this vision. I work with students from grade school through university to expand access to architecture and design, especially for those from underrepresented backgrounds. Through classroom engagement, studio mentorship, and community-based projects, I aim to make the profession more visible, inclusive, and empowering for the next generation.
