My name is Ariana Golpa and I am a dedicated and professional student with demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. I enjoy troubleshooting complex problems while building successful solutions. I pride myself on excellent verbal and written communication with a strong background in cultivating positive relationships and exceeding my goals. My work and educational experiences as a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison teach me how to succeed in high-stress environments and use what I have learned professionally. This past summer, I had the opportunity to work with a record label called Concord. Before this opportunity, I had no prior knowledge of the music industry. I dedicated my time to learning and listening to professionals in the industry discuss the entertainment and music businesses and their vast entities. I showed my colleagues that I am a well-organized problem solver who goes beyond meeting the requirements and strives to exceed them. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work with a PR company called Waddon Media this past summer. I dedicated my time to compiling influencer lists and researching the brands the company worked with to create a comprehensive understanding of what was needed from me. In only the first few weeks of my internship, I was asked to create a rough draft of a proposal for an event for the brand Clara Pinto. My rough draft ended up being the final draft for the proposal of the event setup because of how carefully I researched the brand, the influencers it attracts, and understood the company\'s mission for the event. I can complete and understand any task effectively through dedication and attention to detail.
