Manage NPD projects including establishing detailed timelines for all National Beer, Ready-to-drink and Beyond Beer Innovation projects and working with core project teams to ensure deliverables are met on schedule, and the project team executes their responsibilities- Assist Innovation Manager to develop and execute the commercial planning process related to innovation including ideation and 3-year plan development- Work with flavour specialist suppliers and brewers on upcoming liquid development (Sleeman, Sapporo, Unibroue, Pabst, SoCIAL LITE, Wild Rose, Okanagan Spring)- Work with NPD Steering Committee and project stakeholders to continuously improve the Sleeman Innovation Process (SIP) and NPD processes, including maintaining standard timelines and forms to manage all NPD projects- Establish detailed timelines for all RTD/Beyond Beer/Beer Innovation projects and implement into the process- Collaborate with Supply Chain Managers where needed to ensure success of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects from feasibility development to in-market launch- Initiate and follow until completion all automated forms related to the NPD process- Lead weekly Beer/RTD/Beyond Beer core team calls and utilize the timeline to keep all stakeholders aware of pending tasks and potential risks-2022 Marketing C.L.E.A.R (Creativity, Leadership, Execution, Attitude, Results) Award Recipient
