Organize and coordinate over 10 social events, including mixers and formal dances for more than 200 members, ensuring all events adhere to budget and time constraints. Develop relationships with each fraternity on campus and meet weekly to plan social events and philanthropic opportunities to raise money for our national philanthropy Make-A-Wish. Negotiate contracts and manage vendors to secure event venues, catering, and entertainment for up to 4 large-scale events per semester, ensuring services were within budget and met the sorority’s standards.
