About Ari Shedlock
Arianne Shedlock, known to most as Ari, is an Analyst in McCombie Group’s Leadership Development Program, where she contributes to the firm’s deal team, supporting M&A advisory and transaction processes for middle-market businesses. In addition to deal execution, she leads business development, marketing, and PR initiatives to expand the firm’s reach, strengthen brand visibility, and foster connections that support the firm’s growth. Beyond these efforts, Ari drives and executes strategies to improve operational efficiency, institutionalize key processes, and position the firm for long-term growth. Raised in Florida, Ari graduated from the University of Miami with a B.B.A. in Finance. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, business strategy, and helping companies scale. She is particularly interested in business ownership and long-term value creation. Beyond her professional work, Ari is actively involved in the Miami community. She serves as Co-VP of Programming for University of Miami’s alumni club of Miami-Dade, is a member of UM’s national Young Alumni Leaders Council and is a member of United Way Miami, contributing to local initiatives and engagement efforts.
