Arielle (“Ari”) Ratush is an associate attorney whose practice is focused on employment-based immigration for companies in the IT, software development, telecommunications, healthcare, and financial services sectors. She has successfully represented clients in obtaining nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, E-2, L-1A/B, J-1 waivers, etc.), and immigrant visas, including I-140 petitions for EB-2 Advanced Degree Professionals, EB-2 National Interest Waivers, EB-3 Professionals and Skilled Workers, Schedule A nurses, along with corresponding applications for Adjustment of Status to Lawful Permanent Residence. She also assists corporations and their employees in all stages of the PERM Labor Certification process, and advises companies in assessing the eligibility and mitigating any risks involved in sponsorship for prospective employees. Ari also has experience in family-based immigration (including marriage-based), waivers of inadmissibility, and naturalization. As a first-generation American and the child of immigrants, Ari is passionate about helping foreign nationals and their families successfully navigate the U.S. immigration system. Ari has worked in a mid-sized firm and a small boutique immigration practice, where she practiced both employment and family-based immigration. Throughout law school, Ari also worked as an in-house immigration paralegal at a publicly traded corporation. She attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law as a Dean\'s Merit Scholar, graduating in 2019. During her time at Villanova, Ari served as a Student Attorney at the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services (CARES) and successfully represented clients in removal proceedings. Ari also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, cum laude, from Villanova University, awarded 2014.
