I currently work for Apple as a Technical Specialist. I work in the Philadelphia store called Apple Walnut St. I help customers in the store with tech support for all iOS devices and help support with AppleCare and setup devices for repair. During the beginning of the pandemic until May 2021 I helped support customers while working from home. When the opportunity arose I decided to volunteer to work as a Retail @Home AHA Advisor. I was then offered the position and sent out a new iMac to start training. Since May 8th 2020 my current role has been an IOS Tech Support Representative. My role was to help support customers the same way I did in the store, except now it’s over the phone. I helped support and fix tech issues, Apple ID issues and many other device issues. My experience was really great and I really enjoyed being able to work from home and help support our customers. As of May 2021 I am now back in the store at Apple Walnut Full Time.
