ABOUT ARI DOMNITZ

I have been in the service industry for 25+ years and have built a career I\'m very proud of through hard work and consistency. In my current position as District Manager for Hobart Service, I am leading a team of technicians and running the operations for the state of Wisconsin. We handle service, installation and contract maintenance for all ITW Food Equipment Group product in the state. My experience ranges from operational management to executive sales experience and includes consultation and District Management. I was part of the executive group that helped grown the Bar Louie brand from 16 to 74 stores. My last position with them was as the Director of Sales and Marketing and I was on the leadership team responsible for creating Bar Louie\'s unique and successful Field Marketing program. I bought and ran Karma Bar & Grill in 2011 and managed it until, I sold my restaurant, Karma Bar & Grill after a successful 7 year run. In 2016 I was the Operating Partner for the opening of the Hospitality Democracy multi-unit venue at the Mayfair collection. In 2017 I became the General Manager at the inaugural location for Shake Shack in Wisconsin. In 2020, I added the Madison location and became the Sr. GM for all Wisconsin Shake Shack locations. I have many years of upper management and multi unit experience and most enjoy broad spectrum multi-unit or regional management.
