Arham is a Dispute Resolution Associate in the International Arbitration team at Mishcon de Reya LLP. He has over 8 years of experience in numerous legal areas including civil litigation, white collar crime defence, private wealth disputes, private commercial litigation, employment, commercial real estate and international arbitration.In his day to day practice, Arham has experience assisting with commercial, employment and investor-state arbitration disputes across the construction, energy (traditional and renewable), IT, commodities, pharmaceutical, and consultancy sectors in the Europe, Middle-East and Africa regions. He has participated in proceedings conducted before major arbitral institutions including the ICC, LCIA, LMAA, RSA, GAFTA and before the High Court of England & Wales. Arham is also deeply committed to advancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) within the legal profession and the wider corporate sector. He is particularly passionate about addressing the unique challenges faced by Muslims and South Asians in the workplace and is actively involved in initiatives aimed at fostering an inclusive environment where diverse talent can thrive.
