As a Learning Operations Specialist I serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Learning, partnering with business leaders and HR stakeholders to design and implement learning solutions that support compliance, role readiness, and job-specific capability development. Consult with lines of business to diagnose learning needs and recommend delivery strategies, including enterprise campaigns, targeted enrollments, and one-time initiatives aligned to operational objectives. Configure and administer programs, courses, and instructor-led sessions in Workday, managing enrollments, scheduling, communications, and learner support for approximately 150 sessions per cycle to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. Maintain governance of the enterprise learning catalogue, ensuring content accuracy, version control, and alignment with regulatory and business requirements. Produce completion, compliance, and participation reporting for stakeholder groups impacting approximately employees, analyzing trends and delivering actionable insights to strengthen workforce readiness and accountability. Lead data management and cleansing initiatives supporting system decommissioning and the transition to Workday as the organization’s single learning platform. Drive operational excellence by documenting standard operating procedures, improving workflows and controls, and partnering cross-functionally to reduce rework and enhance process consistency.
