Hello! I’m Arham, and I am in my final semester at Toronto Metropolitan University. I am currently looking for full-time roles or new grad roles in the Product Management field. I’m passionate about delivering technology-driven solutions to customers by leveraging my 4 years of customer service experience and 3 years in the IT fieldOver my co-op and internships, I have worked as an IT Business Analyst, Project Control Officer, Business Development Representative, Project Coordinator, and now as a Product Manager at Dayforce. My experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in understanding client needs, communicating with colleagues, facilitating meetings and presentations, and translating client concerns into actionable solutions. I also have a strong understanding of financial markets, as a hobby of mine is trading commodities/stocks.At my first placement with Dayforce, I was responsible for the majority of the coordination, reporting and facilitation of public sector meetings, sprint presentations, and leading our huddles, as well as submitting weekly reports for our Government of Canada projects. In my current stint with Dayforce, I am a Product Manager for the Globalization team, where I am responsible for creating stories, epics, communicating translation issues for our customers, Smartling exports, and DTM imports.I possess a variety of technical skills, including Python, SQL, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodology. I’m eager to continue growing in the tech industry and explore new opportunities in the Product Management, Project Management or Consulting Field.Let’s connect and see how we can create value together!
